She  is made in a limited Edition of only 90 pieces worldwide, and measures 35 cm/ 14"  sitting height . Tilly has mouth-blown eyes, and a wig, which is hand-made from human hair. She is wearing a silk taffeta dress with flowery sash, a Cotton under dress with organdy- ruffles, and real leather shoes. She comes with her accessory a small felt teddy bear.
